My female MF ferret, 5-6mos is starting to scratch. Poor thing gets so
involved she fell off her stoop, don't worry it was only 12 inches off the
floor. I gave her some hairball remedy because of the grooming. I also
have two dogs both on advantage. My first question, are some type of mite a
possibility as I do not see any fleas? I started to blend in a little corn
cob litter into the litter pan but then opted to hold off until I find those
stove fuel pellets everyone raves about as the current pellets are hard to
find "Barnaby Farms"aspen pellets. I will get some advantage for the fuzz,
kitten strength but has anyone else seen their fert scratch alot?? and
Why?? Her diet has been Marshal Ferret Diet and I have not given linatone
for almost a week. Skin is not dry. I did spray some FERRET FRESH on her
yesterday. Haven't used it since it's suppose to be a deoderizing &
conditioning spray but I have a feeling it's more of a perfume for humans
rather than a coat conditioner?? Any views on this product?

Any insight is much appreciated and any thing that can help relieve her
itching. I only bath her once or twice a month and use Pert Plus Tear
Free formula for kids.

Thanks-
