Hello all,
I have a problem I was hoping someone could solve. My ferret Nikki has
always had more ear wax than my other two ferrets but recently I noticed it
has gotten worse. It is so bad that it is on the outside of her ear. There
are little orange-redish dots around her ear and even on her neck. It is
almost as if it were spreading, if that's possible. And it is only on one
ear. At first I thought it was mites and I gave her medicine but it didn't
help. I clean her ears out and it is all back within a day. Neither of my
other ferrets has this problem. My question is why is it like this and
should I be worried about it?
