Got the follow-up below from the public health vet, Dr. Gail Hansen, in
Kansas.  That is one of the states which have all sorts of procedures which
have to followed by law.  Troy Lynn is also working with others toward
having legislation as well so that any recalcitrant local health or animal
control people won't be a problem.  If anyone wondered since you haven't
heard from Troy Lynn in a while, she's alive and well and up to her eyeballs
in work.  Despite that she said that she'll do copies of needed state
replies from the copies I sent her to those who need them on a non-emergency
basis and are willing to wait.  (I don't know the cost, yet.  There should
be one since she has such huge expenses helping ferrets all over the country
and in her shelter already.  She's a saint.  No exaggeration.)
