I don't have any wonderful advice about Baby, cause I am a relatively new
fert owner.  BUT... while you are working on it may I suggest using a cover
for your mattress.  You can get them for less than three dollars at Wal Mart
or K Mart.  It won't help him quit pooping, but it will buy you time till he
is trained.  You may even want to put one over the top of the bed when it is
made to prevent problems with covers ect.... Hope this helps
