A friend of mine who runs a small shelter in Southern California is running
into major problems and needs help.  Due to the flooding, the shelter is
being inundated with rescues and the shelter owner has depleted his/her
savings on emergency medical bills, etc.  They have spent over $2900 in the
last 10 days and they do not see an end to it in the near future, especially
with the rains continuing.  They are in desperate need of both food and a
few more temporary cages.  If you can help, the address (not theirs!) to
