Dinky does the lick-chomp in front of the elbows and behind the knees too.
She also nibbles toes if under the covers, but not when I'm standing up.
She just kisses my feet as if to say "Mom, I'm here." But the ankles, she'll
nibble on those anywhere.
 
I don't leave her out at night very often.  But if I'm ready to go to bed
and can't find her I just leave her.  She'll eventually come up on the bed
and run up and down lick-lick-chomping.  (Behave Maggie *grin*)
