Here's the special issue of the FML I promised.  All the posts in the issue
directly deal with the rescue efforts of the ferrets in London, Ontario.
Thus, read this issue of the FML or discard it, as your interests dictate.
 
It's with mixed feelings that I put this together.  For starters, the
accusations and bickering were really disappointing... and some of the
information being passed around did not appear to be entirely accurate.
Further, I had to simply flat-out reject a few posts since they were flames
and not appropriate for the FML.
 
On the other hand, ferrets were rescued and many people did indeed pitch
in to help.  It's always pleasing to see all the offers of help (on and off
the FML) and to know that, in the end, ferrets are better off.
