About three weeks ago, my wife and I brought a new 7 week old baby into our
home. We kept him separate from our other four ferrets while he got used to
us and his surroundings. We started introducing him to the others two weeks
ago. Three of our four get along just fine, But the forth one viscously
attacks the baby at every opportunity. Yin, our 'bad' ferret, is about
three years old. We adopted him over a year ago. He was the last ferret we
brought into the home. He has no problems with the others, just the new
baby. He has already bit the baby so hard that he caused a puncture wound
and a trip to the vet. I would like some suggestions on ways to integrate
the baby with Yin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
