For the person who asked about biodegradable, environmentally friendly (or
was it non-toxic?  I forget) products with which to clean her/his ferret's
cage:
 
There is a company called Seventh Generation (with which I am not
associated) that makes things like this.  My friends use one of their
products called Citrasolv, and they say it cleans very well.  I have also
found Simple Green (sold in stores) to be good.  For a Seventh Generation
catalog (which has Citrasolv and lots of other stuff):
