I want to announce the arrival of my new beautiful baby girl ferret, Sandy,
an all white albino, 7 weeks, with red eyes, and very healthy!!!  Born
February 14th, 1998.
 
She has learned that tummy rubs are very good things, and loves to sleep
under the covers!
 
Her 8 month old sister, Shelby, a Black Sable, with all brown nose and
black eyes, and thinks that this is a wonderful play toy... Shelby picked
her out at a pet store... We were making our rounds, making sure the
Ferrets in Western Va are being handled well at the shops... (and I think
the report around here is good)... and this little one caught my eye, and
Shelby was fascinated with this little beast...
 
so, being the impulse buyer that I am, I went to lunch and then to work to
think about it.... Shelby gave me a guilt trip, and I decided that this
would be a good time, so,,, I went out to buy a new cage, added a second
level, and some fleece, and a litter box, etc... and then by the Afternoon
last Friday...
 
BANG!   New baby girl!!!
