I've noticed I see a lot less digging in litter boxes and carpets now that
the gang gets regular outdoors time to dig.  They go to the beach a few
times a week in the evening, and dig until they get tired and they get to
dig in the yard too.
 
I don't know what we will do this winter!  Maybe time for a kids covered
sandbox and supevised digging time?
