The swollen area you speak of on your ferrets neck sounds to be one of the
nodes (glands) this is something that will frequently occur when the ferret
has an infection or health condition.  Did your vet mention this to you?
How old is the ferret?
 
The wheezing could be a respiratory infection if so the Baytril should help.
It may also be an allergy, though this seems like a very harsh allergic
reaction, so I wouldn't bet on this.
 
Please keep in touch with your vet.  If there is no improvement you may want
to have the ferret checked for cardiomyopathy.  -If it is this, the wheezing
ciould be from fluids entering the lungs due to the cardiomyopathy.
