Here are a few ideas to perk things up a bit -
Get a large box and buy some corn starch packing peanuts (UHaul dealers may
sell them. Put the peanuts in the box about 6 inches deep. Toss in a
ferret or two. Stand back and watch (popping ferrets). :-)

Have your groceries put in paper and plastic. After unpacking groceries
place the paper bag on the floor. Cut the plastic handles off and place the
plastic bag on the floor.

Hang a dangling toy from above a doorway so the toy is about 4 inches off
the floor. You can place a bell higher up so it will jingle when the
ferrets play with it.

Visit your local thrift store and pick up a "Johnny Jumper". Attach it in a
doorway so that it is only a few inches off the floor. Place a solid bottom
in it with cardboard or carpet or a box. Place 1-2 ferrets in and gently
swing them.

Take a freshly washed and dried quilt and bunch it up on the floor for the
ferrets to play in.

And the best working one at our home - bring home another ferret. :-)

Hugs to all. tle
