I don't really know whether this was a rerun and has already been posted or
not, but a few days ago I was watching MTV's "Daria" a show about a bitchy
teenager (well, I wasn't really watching, the TV was just kind of on as I
was playing with the fuzzies) but anyway, Daria is talking about a girl in
her class whom she dislikes and says the girl is "in danger of having
ferrets build a nest in her head." I thought the quote was quite odd, since
I've never seen my babies build anything...they're much better at chewing
and digging and destroying...and I can't decide whether the reference
portrays ferrets in a positive, negative, or neutral manner. Any thoughts?
