For those of us who delight in ferret-spotting......

I was flipping through a library book my eight year old brought home from
school when a small illustration caught my eye. It is a big picture book
called "The Days of Knights & Castles" by Pierre Miquel. In the chapter
titled "Everyday Living" there is a drawing of an albino ferret in a harness
being turned loose at a rabbit hole. The text under the picture mentions
that "Villeins hunted them (rabbits) with ferrets because they were good to
eat and their skins were useful."
