Meg, the ferret that came into the shelter with the leg bones snapped in two
has successfully completed her healing process, and will have the easy
surgery to remove the two pins next week.
 
She has been brought current on her distemper shots, and is in excellent
health.  She is a sweet docile ferret.  Although her foot twists somewhat to
the side, she is free of pain, and moves around quickly and easily.
 
Many people had expressed interest in adopting her.  We will not ship her.
If you are in the NJ/NY/CT/PA area and interested in her, let me know.  She
will be available in about two-three weeks.
