Hi all,
I have been lurking here for a couple of months and have learned alot. I
have a question I hope someone can help me with. We had one ferret for
three months and decided to get him a companion. He is 3 months old. On
Sunday we went and got 2 more ferrets (we were only going to get one but
they were too cute). They are both females one is 3 months the other is 2
yrs. The 2 year old shakes like crazy when we take her out of the cage.
Not everytime, but most of the time. She is also not descented and has been
poofing. I assume that she is frightened. What can we do to make her feel
secure so she will stop? She also bites on occasion. We got her from a
breeder. She didn't seem to be abused at all. We need to get her spayed
but I hate to until she is more secure.
Thanks,
Sue
