Any independent film makers or network people out there?

With all the issues ferret owners face, you would think we could get a
little more media attention.  We see half hour to hour long documentaries on
birds, dogs, cats, reptiles, & every species of wild or endangered creature.
Why haven't we ever seen one presenting all the politics, controversary, &
misinformation about domestic ferrets?  With all the people on this list,
isn't there anyone out there who has a connection w/an independent film
maker or network like Turner, Animal Planet, TLC, or Discovery?  There has
to be a person owned by a ferret out there who has some kind of a
connection!
 
Just thought I'd ask.
