Just wanted to let everyone know, I just saw K Mart's circular for this week
( through next Saturday in the VA area, but nationwide sales should be
similar), and they have the type of safety gate I discussed in my post for
making a ferret barrier on sale- a Gerry brand safety gate for $7.99
(usually 10.99).  All other gates are 20% off.  (I'm sure the one on sale is
just the 24" height, 36" will be more.) Maybe now's the time to get one.
