OK, here's another obscure ferret reference for you all.  The name of the
book is "Thornyhold" by Mary Stewart, and the hero's son has a ferret named
Silkworm.  Silkworm is a working ferret, and the heroine is apprehensive
about being introduced to her, but discovers that the ferret is really quite
nice.  It's a nice, lightweight, romantic suspense novel.
