It has been reported to me that the Lake County assistant prosecutor, Bill
Sherokee, saw the ferret in the bean bag on tv, and found it cute and
amusing.  He is a good guy, on our side.
 
He acknowledges that we may be unable to save this ferret, but he wants to
see better protection for them in the future.
