I sincerely believe all the love and support for Kodo is helping to keep him
alive. **Please keep contacting the media** and be ready to take further
action as soon as Bob Jacobs/Sal Gani/Bud Jackson let us know exactly what
is needed (see BiG's post for Kodo's mailing list and website addresses for
up to date info).

PLEASE--IMPORTANT--Bud Jackson has asked for copies of any newspaper
articles; if you can get copies of tapes from tv stations, that would be
very helpful also. These can be sent to: Mass. Ferret Friends, P.O. Box
3123, Wakefield, MA 01880 (write 'Bud Jackson' on envelope). And finally,
Bud has been doing a fantastic job with media coverage. He is very
graciously donating his services, but each time a press release goes out, it
costs a few hundred dollars (ever wonder why certain things get on tv and
some don't? :-) We still need donations. If you are interested in giving
to the media fund, please contact me at [log in to unmask] Each donation is
very helpful and will go directly to media coverage. Thanks!

Here are a couple of people to thank...
Judge Richard Allen Griffin recommended letting Bob Jacobs appeal the
court's decision (the other 2 judges ruled he should not be allowed).
Judge Griffin deserves thanks for being willing to look at the facts of
Kodo's case.

and Michigan Sen. Dingell, who has introduced a resolution which would
recognize ferrets as domestic and grant a quarantine. Sen. Dingell is a
very valuable ferret advocate and deserves people's support.
