other vitimens for ferrets besides linatone and ferretone

Is there a vitamin supplement that these critters should be given to help
keep these guys health?  I know ferrets are especially susceptible to all
kind of horrible diseases.  I was just wondering because I give vit c in
the water of the guinea pigs as requested by many vets and breeders.
