This is the FIRST HALF of Kodo's Auction Round 2; the rest of the items will
be posted tomorrow, but I wanted to get this started. Round 1 raised
$2500(!) which paid off the media fund. Round 2 proceeds will go to the new
legal fund which will start with a civil suit for Kodo. If there is money
left over, or if the civil suit wins money, a national fund will be started.
Thank you very much to everyone who donated so generously to the first
auction, and to our wonderful donors for the second auction.

Please bid on an item by replying to the address for that specific item. Be
sure to state what you are bidding on and the amount. Except for the
concert tickets, bidding will end on Wednesday, July 9 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
When the auction has ended, donors and high bidders will be notified. You
can receive an update at any time by sending mail to

with the single line in the body of the e-mail:

California folks, ready for this one? Mimi, a licensed pilot, will donate
an airplane ride for one person around the SF Bay area, lunch at Half Moon
Bay, ride up the coast and over the Golden Gate Bridge. (wow!) Mimi says
"this is a beautiful tour and lots of fun in a small plane." The plane is a
2-seater, and this exciting adventure will take most of the day, from about
10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The plane calls Livermore home, but you can be picked
up at any Bay Area airport except SFO. (Original plan had called for
dropping ferret poop on CA DFG offices, but had to be scrapped due to EPA
regs ;-) Reply to <[log in to unmask]>
