Quick note formn one of Steve's accounts since he's up and we one have one
computer line at home: Rabies strains have been in humans for years before
expression.  One case of an Asian woman with an Asian strain (who did not
have any chance of exposure to that strain after she first came to the U.S.)
was longer than a ferret's normal life span.  Aring that the man would be
ill just causes problems because it is incorrect; sorry.  How long it takes
depends on the location of exposure (for instance spit in eyes) whether
wound or not, severity of wound if present, and several other factors.
