I picked up the Kodo story in the middle but I was wondering... Did the
elderly man have a doctor examine the "bite"?  If not, does he have a photo?
It may be a little late especially if you admitted that the tooth punctured
the skin.... It's not much help but the more you have....
 
Also...
I have a new ferret.  He just simply loves to run around the house...(what
ferret doesn't).  My problem is I can't seem to get him to recognize the
litter box as anything except something to not play in.  I put his waste in
there along with him.  When I see him starting to go, I put him in the box
but then he doesn't have to go anymore and decides to play some more.  Can
anyone help me here?
 
Also...(again)
My ferret (Speedy Nose...Nosey for short) is an exceptional climber and
leaper (of all things).  We have a zoo.... a sheltie (Rusty), a Japanese
Chin (Squeeky), a calico cat (Megan), a rabbit (Phayro), and a cockatiel
(Joel).  The only animal I'm worried about is the cockatiel and she stays in
her cage.  My question is:Has anyone ever had a problem with their
"dust-bunny finders"(AKA ferrets) getting into bird cages?  I would put a
twist tie on there but the bird would bite it off.  And I don't want to go
with any type of lock....that's a little too expensive for a cage.  The bird
has a simple "snap" latch.
