HI!  I am a long time ferret lover and I think I am finally gonna have the
opportunity to get my very own fuzzy!  (YAY!!!) Just one problem, I live in
New York City.  I have heard lots of rumors that ferrets are illegal, but I
have also heard that you only need a permit.  Does anyone know for sure?
