I have heard from many sources that spring water has no restrictions on
quality or content placed on it *as an industry*.  There are certainly good
springwater companies out there!  However, 'spring water' can be poured from
any ol' tap and bottled - correct me if I'm wrong.  I have no idea about the
mineral content of water, but as far as a dechlorinated source of water goes,
I prefer distilled to spring.
