Baths and ANTS - need help!

Just a quick note about baths as someone just mentioned that there new
ferret did not like his bath.  Of course you do not want to scold your
ferrets with water that's too hot but ferrets detest water that's too cool.
I think this is why so many ferrets fight baths so hard.  Use the same water
temp you would for your shower or bath (and for me that's pretty warm).
Remember they are hot little bodies so luke warm water feels sort of chilly
to them.  They may not love baths but if the water's warm shouldn't fight it
quite so hard.
 
I am getting black ants in the house again - last year was pretty bad and
I'm assuming this year will be worse since its starting earlier.  What to
do?  I'm afraid of those bait traps - what if the ferrets eat a poisened
ant?  Any ideas?
