Hi Everyone,
I need some advice, please. Here is my situation. I have a 1 year old
female biter whom I love very much. I have the opportunity to own two more
fuzzies that a lady is trying to sell. She keeps them outside, and they get
no attention, so she wants them to have a better home. (Since this is New
Mexico it can get terribly hot in the summer). The problem is my little
girl, Tiki, did not seem to get along with other ferrets when I took her to
visit 5 at a friends house and since she is a bad biter (I'm working with
her so she is getting better!) I am worried that she will hurt the others or
that she will not accept them. According to the lady they are 6 months old.
They are nice, they don't bite anyone!!! I want the other ferrets because I
know I can give them a better home, but I also don't want Tiki to get worse
as far as biting or feeling neglected.
If I do get the other fuzzies, should I keep them seperate from Tiki for a
while? If they don't get along at first, will they eventually get along? I
appreciate any advice y'all can offer, Thanks
Laura & My baby Tiki Monster
