Does anyone out in CA land have access to data or a sound estimate on how
much money the State is now putting out to harass, investigate, jail, and
publish anti-ferret literature.  The public health department must spend a
small fortune every year reprinting and mailing out that piece of [trash]
written by Constantine and Keiser.  If they want to talk about "cost" in
legalizing ferrets, it could turn out to be a major savings to the taxpayers
instead.
