I have discovered a wonderful plaything that my ferret, Eddie, just loves.
I get the Chicago Tribune every morning and it comes in a blue plastic bag.
I noticed awhile ago that Eddie loved bags...of any sort.  What I did was
take one weeks' worth of plastic wrappers and cut off the closed ends.  I
then taped them end-to-end and the result is a six foot plastic blue tunnel
which he spends hours running through.  There are also many things that can
be done to him while he's in the tunnel that cause him great joy...and we
know that a ferret's joy is necessarily ours as well.
