I faxed Rogue's vet the info on "ligating the vena cava." She immediately
called me because she is *very* interested in getting in touch with Dr.
Bruce Williams to find out who has done this/and more info on procedure.
She definitely considers Rogue a good candidate for this.  I gave her the
two phone numbers I have for Dr. Williams (202/782-9150, 202-782-2600).  If
these are not correct, would someone please give her the correct #'s to
reach him?  (Dr. Dererinski w 919-847-6216, fax 919-870-5605).
