Hullo!!
I was in the pet store the other day visiting their ferts, I don't have any
yet =( They were all asleep but I had to hold one so I did. After a few
minutes it woke up and began to sniff and crawl around, it climbed my shirt
started licking my chin and nose (Others I have handeled never did this!
Really cute!) Anyway, a little while later it began to get antsy and figidy.
Then it began scratching at my arm I was holding it in. I wasn't sure if it
was playing or what so I put it down because it hurt. As soon as she hit
the grown she headed to the corner, went to the bathroom, got a drink of
water and then went back to sleep. Curious, I picked up another.. it did
the same, began scratching after a while. I put it down it just got water
and then went back to sleep. Is this common? Does anyone else's ferts
scratch when they are thirsty or have to 'go'? As I said I don't own one
but if they normally do this how do you get them to stop?

   Just wandering,
   Brian
