Hi! I haven't written in in a long while, so I'll refresh everyone's
memories. I am currently a third year vet student and have three fuzzies.
I am thinking about writing my senior paper on common behavioral problems in
ferrets and am looking for visual aids for my presentation as well as any
info. anyone would like to share. If anyone has pictures/videos/info,
please send email to me at [log in to unmask] Thank you! :)
Just an update: my fiance was tired of having Squirt on the kitchen table --
she just doesn't play well with others -- so we finally stuck her in with
the other two (Daisy and Snowflake) about a month ago. They don't actually
hurt each other, but they do make lots of noise. I was hoping she would
have adjusted by now. They've worked out their living arrangements: Squirt
lives where she wants and the other two stay out of her way. I tried
bathing them together -- that worked for the time while they were wet and
generally unhappy about the process. I tried the ferretone on the faces and
necks -- that made it a lot worse. Daisy and Snowflake kept trying to lick
the ferretone off Squirt, but Squirt did not want to partake in the
activity. I think the dog had the best time of it trying to clean all three
of them.
