I don't really consider my vet bills that bad.  A new ferrets first trip to
the vet, the exam is free.  So I combined that with a rabies shot and it
only cost me $10 / ferret.  A Distemper shot was $30.  After the first visit
the exam is $25.  This is a regular check up, or an exam for a specific
illness.  I get a 20% discount because I have five of the critters.  The
blood work I had done for Nikki this week was a little pricy.  The Chem
panel was $45, and the CBC $17.50.  I'm not complaining though.  I just want
to know what's wrong with her.
