Steve took over since I REALLY could not keep my eyes open last night, so he
stayed up most of the night doing the support for Meltdown, and I only did a
bit of the night.
Today sheFINALLY began eating on her own. She's not doing a lot of it yet,
not a lot of drinking on her own yet, either, but it's a start. Maybe her
name should have been Phoenix! We got the sweetest letter saying that she
is Meltdown because she melts people's heartsd. She just keeps rising from
the ashes. It's taking longer eachtime, though, and she is harder hit by
smaller things.
Stillshe knows she has dutied and today she examing her carnations
carefully, barked at Steve to come change her paper when she'd gone, and she
did a careful full body exam of Jumpstart while he was asleep. Little guy
is a true kit; he even exposed his belly and dribbled a touch for her in his
sleep. She also kept my chest warm in bed part of the night. (nothing like
organic pillows and a hewart beat as fsr she is concerned.)
We could both use a lot more sleep so lease be patient with us until
Meltdown is completely stable again.
Have not read the FML in a few days, but wuill, I promise -- have to keep up
that continuity!!!! Am startijng to crash now. Sorry, just am.

Later notes: Could not increase her Winstrol becaue too dangerous.
Potassium levels are much harder to keep reasonabl;e at this level of
Furosemide so have to give some Nusalt just plain if she cramps. She is
looking and acting quite fine, not in pain, and more thasn slightly bosy
tonight. Since hse is eating and drinking at normal levels we can go back
to typical routine of just getting up and checking on her (then taking
whatever actions needed) a few times a night. It's good; we both need to
crash tonight.
