My sister told me this morning that she saw a commercial on one of the
networks yesterday - possibly NBC, for Pet Health Insurance.  She said the
phone number is: 1-800-USA-PETS.
 
I haven't called it yet, so I don't know specifics.  I'll try to give them a
call and I'll post what I find out.
