Hello;
 
I just thought I'd mention that there have been cases of ferrets drowning in
toilets!  I keep my lid down & give them a big bowl of water for scuba
diving activities.  Cats are big enough to get out, but people have posted
on here about their ferret dying due to toilet time!
 
Better to be a bit cautious than grieving with a loss:)
