The other night I was watching a new show called, "Just Shoot Me." David
Spade (Spader?) plays a character who is the all around office guy.  He
makes everything from coffee to office policy.  In this particular episode,
he created rules and regulations for the office that included everything
that annoys him from playing the guitar to smoking in the office to
discussions about Liza Minelli.  He antagonizes everybody.  This one woman,
who was discussing something "inappropriate" was told to read the manual.
She looked at David Spade and said, "All right, you little ferret, what did
you do?" Now, being a person who doesn't particularly like David Spade, I
felt she was insulting ferrets.
