You have to open them up and reset the chip.  First press reset with a
pencil point and then poke them in the rump once for each hour.  Look in
their eyes for AM or PM.  You wouldn't want to be woke up at 7PM::)
 
PS To set the minutes you rub the tummies in a clockwise fashion for forward
and counterclockwise for backward.
