I too have noticed (especially in pictures taken) that my sable ferrets have
greenish eyes while my silver mitt's eyes always show up as blue. The
albinos eyes are either a dark red color or pinkish, there isn't any
difference in pictures, still red. I too have a question about ferret
behaviour. I have a 1 1/2 year old black sable male who takes this ear
sucking thing to the extreme. My little albino female Misty actually has
scabs on her ears cause he sucks so hard. I have had to seperate them more
than a few times when she starts screaming. I have tried bitter apple, but
that doesn't seem to work. I know it is supposed to be some type of ferret
love grooming or something, but this is a little extreme to me. They all
(6) share a big 4 story cage, so seperating him (Mozart) is out of the
question. Can anyone help me PLEASE?
