Kelleen asked me to forward this to the FML so that people will know what is
going on from her, and not from the rumor mill.
 
Sorry about the delay but things have been very hectic.  FANG is out of
funds.  The ferrets are ok, except for Squeeker, who is in poor health but
is hanging in there.  Kelleen has lost over 30 pounds in one month due to
living on Lipton Tea and taking care of her ferrets (She didn't even notice
the weight loss until fairly reciently).  Kelleen's doctors have been
switching medications on her.  Her most recent medication caused her to be
awake of 3 days straight, and then crash for the next two.  This means she
would miss taking her anti-depressants and other meds about half the time.
She has recently been diagnosed with both Carpel & Tarsel Tunnel (both
wrists & ankles).  She is not sure how this could have happened except from
all the scruffing and force-feedings she has had to do.  Kelleen's computer
is still down and thus Kelleen has been cut off from nearly all of her
friends and a major source of moral support.  This, combined with vet bills
and everything else, has caused Kelleen to suffer some major depression.
Just prior to Thanksgiving Kelleen almost succeeded in trying to commit
suicide.  She is now out of the hospital and is doing better.  She and I had
a long talk a few nights ago.  I took her to the movies (101 Dalmations and
Star Trek).  She had a very good time and we got some things cleared up
between us that have caused problems in the past.  She has re-joined my
gaming group so that she can get out of the house and be with others, as
well as have some fun.  She is looking into buying a brand new computer as
not having her computer friends to write to really depresses her.  If any of

sure she gets it asap.
