Agents Paddington and Scooter reporting.  IH (Idiot Human) forces have
purchased, received and implemented new sustenance delivery device (code
name: food bowl) from Trish Curtis.  Subject food bowl has been the subject
of many food-excavating attempts by Agents Paddington and Scooter ... to no
avail.
 
Agents Paddington and Scooter believe that distinctive wide-lipped nature of
this sustenance delivery device are ruining attempts at food excavation.
Subject agents request IMMEDIATE assistance in the form of blueprints and
other plans to defeat this device.
 
Also, FLO forces in the Texas area are requested to seek out and destroy
remaining stock of these devices to prevent further infiltration in other
FLO basecamps.  These devices prevent critical picnicking and other food
supply acquisition activities, and MUST be stopped.  Time is of the essence!
