First, isolate the ferret you suspect of blockage so that you can know for
sure what 'his' poops look like and how much food and water he is comsuming.
You must address this issue immediately as blockages kill.  If he is able to
poop at least a small amount, you can try treating it yourself with one inch
of feline hairball remedy 3 to 5 times a day for 2 to 3 days.  If you see no
change, get him to a vet for x-rays, but keep in mind that hair, foam, and
some other materials can cause just as serious a blockage but *cannot* be
seen on an x-ray.  Exploratory surgery may be in order.  Do not wait, this
could be quite serious.  If he is unable to poop at all or the amounts
become very small, get him to a vet immediately.
