I have a collection of information and references on the subject, but at the
moment it's neither complete enough nor well enough organized to call a FAQ;
"info dump" is more accurate.  If anybody's interested in taking what I
have, tracking down the references, checking on all of it, collecting
whatever else seems necessary, and making a nice FAQ out of it, I'd be glad
to handle the archiving, HTML-ifying, and distribution along with the other
FAQs.  Any volunteers?
