I use diluted Clorox to clean the floor wires of my cages.  I soak a rag and
let it soak on the wires while the kids are out playing.  I use a old
tootbruch to scrub with as I have a couple who have accidents once in a
while and it sticks to the wires.  I just make sure it's good and dry before
I let them back in.  I've done this for 3 + years with no problems.
