The good part about that lawsuit is that Mrs. Winters' lawyer will have to
produce *documented* proof in court of all of the charges, such as
bloodthirsty-ness and the obviously numerous unprovoked attacks on sleeping
infants. Oh yeah, they'll also have to prove that Imrab-3 does *not*
vaccinate ferrets against rabies. An impossible feat, I'm sure.
Now, the other matter might be different, but I don't see how law
enforcement can legally FORCE a citizen to get involved in an issue that
doesn't concern him or her.
Plain and simple it won't hold up in court, but I know how expensive legal
fees are, so please let us all know of an address to which we can send
donations to help fight those idiots in California. (Pssst... maybe they
should spend a little time working on the drug problem.)
BTW: Larry Fortensky was cleared of all drug charges. The "drugs" tested
out to be Gold Bond Medicated Powder. (This was from a credible news
source.) So, if anything bad happened to the ferrets, it's the fault of the
state of California. (I thought I read on here that they were sent out of
state via a shelter.)
