Hi I have two lovely female ferrets, named bananas and cuddles.  but I dont
think that cuddles knows what her name is because she isnt very cuddley.....
and bananas does like bananas...... oh well.  Anyway a little while ago a
lady said she didnt know what to put on the bottom of her wire ferret
cage......... I had the same problem wondering if the wire would hurt the ir
little paws......... So i cut out a piece of vinyl floor covering the size
of the bottom of the girls cage....... and they seem to like that very
much......and its easy to clean....... I want to hear from ferret owners
that let their fuzzys onto carpet areas of their house....... what about
mistakes?  I have a large slated area and i only let my girls out on that.
Also i would love to hear of the different things ppl feed their ferrets....
apart from dry ferret food........... Thanks heaps
