My 2 yr. old Jill Lorelei eats everything made of cloth. Towels, T-shirts,
long undies, the strings on a hammock, you name it. The huge volume of
multi-colored feces scared me about possible intestinal blockage, so now she
has only a carbord box and straw for bedding and one of those slippery,
uncomfortabe looking plastic-cloth hammocks with metal corner clips. I've
asked for years, but nobody seems to have a clue why or any way to break her
of the habit, but I'm relieved to find that other ferrets have the taste
too. Lorelei is a wild- child nutball at the best of times so I always
thought this was part of her insanity. Does anyone else see this in their
material grazers?
